King of Prussia’s Kairos Buys Second Office Building in Blue Bell

King of Prussia’s Kairos Real Estate Partners has bought a second office building in Blue Bell expanding its presence in the area, writes Natalie Kostelni for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Kairos, along with Artemis Real Estate Partners, has purchased the former Aetna building complex at 980 Jolly Road. According to Montgomery County property records, the 150,000-square-foot property sold for $5.27 million, but the details have not been disclosed.

This comes less than a year after Kairos and Artemis spent $3.3 million on their first Blue Bell property, the 124,000-square-foot office building at 518 Township Line Road.

“We’re doubling down on Blue Bell,” said Stephen J. Gleason, president of Kairos Real Estate Partners. “We think Blue Bell is a great alternative to the Main Line.”
