Conshohocken Office Building Bought by Gladstone Commercial for Over $15M

The office building at 2 Ash Street in Conshohocken has been purchased by Gladstone Commercial for $15.45 million, writes Corina Stef for Commercial Property Executive.
The property was sold by its developer, an Oliver Tyrone Pulver affiliate, which remains the property manager.
The 60,016-square-foot building was constructed twenty years ago and had been fully occupied by building contractor Jacobs Engineering Group. Gladstone now plans to make full use of its new location for at least the next eight years.
