Keystone Property Group has been granted the green light for an ambitious Conshohocken project that includes a large office building and hotel.

Keystone Property Group is bringing an ambitious new development project to Conshohocken, writes Matthew Rothstein for Bisnow.

The company, which has its corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, has been given approval for a multifaceted development next to the town’s SEPTA train station.

The project includes a 250,000-square-foot office building and a hotel with 171 rooms that will surround a public plaza.

Another part of the project will include renovating the historic Conshohocken Firehouse and turning it into a brewpub. A 950 space parking structure will also be constructed to support the development.
