Chief Learning Officer magazine has recognized AAMCO’s training program with its 2017 LearningElite award for the second consecutive year. The company was named along with 60 other national organizations from various industries.

AAMCO University provides more than 300 comprehensive training courses specifically designed for franchise owners, customer service managers and technicians.

The LearningElite program is a comprehensive evaluation of learning and development. The program ranks organizations according to their impact, size, and the industries they serve.

It has been developed with the guidance of a group of chief learning officers and senior learning and development practitioners.

The LearningElite list then recognizes the efforts of individual companies in functional areas, such as leadership development and the effective use of technology.

The peer-review ranking and benchmarking program also recognizes organizations that provide exemplary workforce development strategies that help deliver significant results.

“Dedication to ongoing learning and development for our franchise owners and their employees plays a critical role in AAMCO’s success, and we are honored to be recognized for our best-in-class performance in that area,” said Brett Ponton, CEO and president of American Driveline and AAMCO Transmission.

He added that the company gets its edge in employee and customer satisfaction by providing a continuous commitment to both professional development and technical mastery in the always evolving automotive repair industry.
