Front Desk Supervisor
This position supervises and works with front office staff to ensure the highest quality of guest service, ensures that all front office associates receive adequate training and development, and performs all front office duties.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess an associate degree or equivalent, six months to one year of related experience and/or training, and thorough knowledge of n approved Responsible Gaming Program.

Catering Coordinator
This position assists in the daily tracking of sales accounts, prepares banquet event orders and resumes for events, screens and directs all incoming calls and clients to sales managers, and sets up new client files and turnover files for sales functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of previous work experience in a related field of business.

Engineer III
This position performs manual and skilled work in several building and mechanical trades, including routine preventative maintenance, minor painting and furniture touch-up, minor carpentry work, and general maintenance of the hotel’s telephone system.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a tech school or three years of related experience and/or training and must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Revenue Audit Clerk
This position verifies and posts details of business transactions, resolves accounting discrepancies, and monitors and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, and knowledge of accounting software, database software, and spreadsheet software.
