This position is builds and executes an internal HR communications strategy, enhances communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees, and uses communications to support change management.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree, though a bachelor’s degree is acceptable, and relevant experience.

Salesforce Administrator
This position resolves end-user issues, assists with training, develops new solutions, facilitates collaboration and relationship building amongst project teams and end-users, and creates and maintains documentation and knowledge base.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Salesforce CRM certification, and two to three years of Salesforce administration experience.

Finance Associate
This position assists in the development of financial strategies including evaluating and structuring transactions, developing financing plans, and identifying sources of debt and equity capital, and creates financial models for the evaluation of real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or a business-related field, up to one year of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and/or real estate, and advanced financial modeling skills.
