The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board has partnered with one of its more than 500 members, Branded Productions in North Wales, to capture new Snapchat Spectacles footage at some of Montgomery County’s most popular attractions.
Snapchat Spectacles are sunglasses that have a built-in camera to capture your adventures while on the go. Like a GoPro, but for your face.

The VFTCB believes it’s important to utilize existing and new technologies that millions of people are using every day. Social media has changed the way we experience travel and how we share those experiences.
Consequently, the VFTCB has introduced a “Snap Montco” Spectacles campaign.
The campaign, contest, and content will live on Snapchat. Users will be incentivized to add VisitVF on Snapchat and send a snap of their favorite spot in Montgomery County to enter to win a pair of Spectacles.
The Snap Montco campaign will be featured on social media as well as six billboards in the Philadelphia region, along with a custom SnapMontco.com website that will include contest information on how to win a pair of Snapchat Spectacles, with the winner to be announced on the first day of summer (June 21).
