Senior Financial Analyst – Consolidations

This position prepares and consolidates monthly, quarterly, and annual segment reporting, including corporate monthly financial reporting for closing and forecasts, annual budgeting and planning processes, and balance sheet and income statement trend analyses.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, though an MBA and CPA certification are preferred, and up to three to five years of progressive finance experience in an organization of similar scale and complexity.

Customer Service Manager – Mockup

This position directs and leads the company’s future mockup process, streamlines the process into a centralized operation, and works with company leadership to build a mockup team with the intent of improving the mockup process.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of three years of experience managing a customer service team, and in-depth knowledge of Knoll’s processes, capabilities, products, and systems.

This position manages a team of payroll specialists that input payroll data and prepare payroll checks, verifies changes to personnel information, and maintains a centralized and integrated payroll system.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, CPP designation, and a minimum of five years of payroll management experience with a multi-state, multi-national, multi-entity company.

Quality Engineer

This position works with various internal groups to sustain and improve the quality of products, processes, and services to customers, reduces the cost of quality assurance, and maintains compliance to quality management system requirements.
