Procurement Analyst

This position will develop a deep understanding of the existing JDE environment as well as new Oracle EBS functionality for Procurement, Sourcing, i-Procurement, EDI, and i-Supplier modules to support Procurement organization. He/she will support multiple managers and commodities and update pricing, supplier, item, etc. data to efficiently manage system information. The person will identify improvement opportunities or specific change requirements to better leverage EBS standard functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in the fields of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing, and will have one to three years of related purchasing/buying experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment. Familiarity with ERP software is required, while JD Edwards and/or Oracle experience is a plus.

Financial Analyst

This position will conduct account reconciliations, and prepare Consumer P&L statements, comparing actual to objective and prior year, for the month, quarter and total year. He/she will analyze monthly operational spending and variable cost variances. The person will also prepare deposits from showroom sample sales, including bi-annual warehouse sales, and report balance of funds to sales associates to manage showroom sample purchases in the calendar year.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and have a minimum of three years of accounting experience. Experience with JD Edwards software and Oracle is a plus. He/she must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and attention to details.

Logistics Specialist

This position will identify and administer logistics requirements and contracts for all less-than-truckload, parcel, white glove, and specialty carriers. He/she will perform cost analyses to determine optimum mode by shipment size and by region, and develop and maintain inbound and outbound routing guides for Less-than-Truckload and Parcel. The person will also work internally with team members to drive change in current logistics processes in order to transition to future Oracle environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of Logistics/Transportation experience. He/she should have experience with LTL and Parcel modes and understanding of transportation pricing. JDE, Oracle EBS, and OTM experience is beneficial.
