Applications Developer

This position designs and implements applications for mobile, web, and in-house systems, collaborates on the design, implementation, and maintenance of USLI support systems, and works with team leaders to prioritize work load and establish targets for completion and status reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years of software development experience, and a broad range of technical skills, including HTML 5, SQL, SQL/XML, ASP/ASP.NET, C#, Agile/SCRUM, MVC, and more.

Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst

This position supports team productivity, ensures that all core business systems work efficiently, and performs a wide range of quality tests and analytics to confirm the functionality, performance, and security of the company’s systems and the flow of data throughout the software.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five to seven years of experience, strong insurance knowledge in at least one product area written by USLI, communication proficiency, and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Renewal Underwriter

This position reviews and approves a broad range of inquiries, including audits, non-renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and inspections, and evaluates and prices renewal business in accordance with company service promises, objectives, underwriting guidelines, and team commandments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, a minimum of five years of previous underwriting experience, and CPCU, ASLI, RPLU, INS or other insurance-related coursework.

IT Infrastructure Junior Engineer

This position maintains the security, functionality, speed, and stability of information systems, maintains and monitors network operations and availability, and maintains up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure and any necessary changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical experience, including virtual machines, storage area network technologies, Microsoft server applications, wide area networks, Cisco switches, and more.
