Human Resources Generalist

This position provides daily HR operations support for all locations in accordance with corporate policy and procedures. He/she works closely with the HR coordinator to manage personnel files, data, and HRIS. The person provides guidance to management and associates regarding employment issues in areas such as policy and procedure interpretation and application. He/she develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role. He/she will be familiar with ADP’s HRIS system and be able to run reports. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus. The person will have experience in employee relations.

Staff Accountant Level II

This position prepares and posts journal entries for month end closing including recurring entries. He/she generates financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and spend analysis reports. He/she completes and reviews bank reconciliations for all active bank accountants. The person updates and maintains general ledger accounts by generating monthly workpaper analysis.

This position will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. He/she will have a minimum of six years of accounting experience. The person will be proficient in Word and PowerPoint and preferably have advanced skills in Excel and Access.

Market Research Analyst

This position works with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document business objectives. He/she gathers and communicates competitive intelligence on a regular basis. The person monitors emerging market trends and quantify long- and short-term impact to customers, providers, and the business line. He/she performs market due diligence prior to acquisition or new product development.

This position will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years of healthcare or insurance industry experience. Workers compensation experience is a plus. The person will have a thorough understanding of medical cost containment models and strategies.
