Revenue Analyst

This position will facilitate accurate and timely receipt of revenue. Through the course of standard revenue processes, the analyst is expected to identify trends and areas of opportunity that will result in more efficient workflows and optimal collection rates. This individual will become a subject matter expert in all areas relevant to clients’ billing and revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to triage and multitask. He/she will have solid written and verbal communication skills and organizational and time management skills. The person will have a basic understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures.

Physical Therapist Initial Clinical Reviewer

This position conducts clinical reviews to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and quality care. He/she certifies care that is found to be medically necessary and refers all other cases for peer clinical reviews when unable to certify care. The person reviews clinical documentation, which may include discussions with the treating provider and referring physician, and formulates recommendations through use of appropriate guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing direct patient care. He/she must be a Health Professional with a scope of practice that is relevant to the clinical area(s) addressed in initial clinical reviews. The person must possess an active, professionally relevant PT license.
