This position provides support for interns and their assigned departments by ensuring that the intern completes assigned tasks properly, reporting complications and challenges, facilitating conflict resolution, and developing strategies that support the interns in completing their responsibilities independently.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience working with people with physical and cognitive disabilities.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, administrative support training, supplemental training in a specialty area, and three years of experience as a program assistant in a healthcare setting.

Regional Operations Administrator
This position manages the operation of the Lankenau Heart Group practice according to standard operating procedures and facilitates the development, implementation, and execution of operational plans, goals, and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, though an MBA or MHA is preferred, and a minimum of either two to three years of medical practice management experience or ten years of medical practice experience.
