Administrative Coordinator (Blue Bell)

This position will be responsible for providing superior customer service, processing payroll, and tracking and following up of MD orders. He/she will record and process daily tasks in the electronic medical record system, and monitor visits and ensure documentation is completed in timely fashion. The person will also support and assist Client Service Managers and Clinical Managers with daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience in a home care office or other health care provider. He/she must have an energetic team spirit, motivational attitude, and strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Associate Director/Director of Home Care (King of Prussia)

This position is responsible for the management and operations of the office, including budgeting, fiscal management, recruiting, marketing, and business development. He/she will monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction while ensuring adequate staff education, training, and evaluation. The person will apply entrepreneurial and relationship-building skills and lead a caring, professional team that is instrumental in providing the highest quality care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two years of supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry. He/she will have a demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results. The person should have experience building a dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest levels of client care and customer service.

Policy Development and Accreditation Support Associate (Lansdale)

This position will develop and maintain a working knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements and of services provided by BAYADA. He/she will assist with creation and management of administrative policies and procedures that promote sound, efficient, and compliant practice. The person will assist with management of the policy file, including version control and policy history tracking and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and will exemplify characteristics of the BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. He/she should have excellent writing and editing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
