Horsham’s Workspace Property Trust Welcomes Tony Nichols as Senior Vice President

Tony Nichols is bringing his extensive real estate industry knowledge and experience to Horsham’s Workspace Property Trust as its new Senior Vice President.

He joins Workspace Property Trust’s executive team from Liberty Property Trust, where he was Vice President & Market Officer for suburban Philadelphia.

“We are extremely fortunate to have Tony become a senior member of our team,” said Roger Thomas, WPT President and COO.

“Tony has decades of knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry in general, and with much of our portfolio in particular.”

He added that Nichols is well-respected executive throughout the entire industry, whose exemplary success record makes him the perfect addition to WPT’s team of progressive professionals.

“Tom Rizk and I are extremely excited to have Tony join us,” concluded Thomas.

Nichols has nearly two decades of NYSE publicly traded REIT experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from East Carolina University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Nichols’ previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing and Property Management for the Nichols Company, a private commercial real estate developer. He also played a crucial role in the Nichols Company prior to and during its merger with Brandywine Realty Trust twenty-one years ago.
