Huston’s Hanover Company has entered the King of Prussia residential market with its signature designer apartments offering tenants a luxury residence with unique amenities and direct access to the constantly evolving King of Prussia Town Center.

Residents of Hanover Valley Forge at 300 Village Drive will be able to take full advantage of the developing pedestrian-friendly outdoor shopping and dining village. The apartments are also close to the iconic King of Prussia Mall, the second largest shopping mall in the country.

According to Hanover’s Adam Harbin, the company decided on the King of Prussia site because “it presents the rare opportunity to deliver a Hanover-caliber product in a new submarket. The area is ideal as it has robust demographics and a convenient nexus to transportation, employment, and entertainment options.”

The company is planning to take advantage of the current influx of new residents to the area due to its excellent access to employment, retail, dining, and recreational opportunities in the suburban Philadelphia region.

The apartments on offer at Hanover Valley Forge are spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom units with fully equipped designer kitchens. There are also additional shared areas including an extensive residents’ clubhouse, 24-hour gym, yoga, cyber lounge, media room as well as landscaped courtyards with a pool, outdoor grills and dining areas.
