Mechanical Engineer

This position develops products from initial design through production based on the customer’s specifications and industry standards. He/she will provide technical support to sales, production, and quality departments along with outside vendors and customers during all stage of project design.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He/she will have three to seven years of experience in electro-mechanical design of electronic equipment. The person will have knowledge in the design, documentation, and manufacturing of sheet metal assemblies, machined part assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, and cable harnesses.

Quality Manager

This position works closely with operations, engineering, and application teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met. He/she supports business growth and operational improvement initiatives by ensuring that the appropriate quality processes are in place and are effective to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. The person maintains a constant awareness of the impact of quality-related issues on company profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or the equivalent. He/she will have a minimum of ten years of experience in the quality department of a manufacturing-based organization. The person must have three to five years of people management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Field Application Engineer

This position gives product presentations to customers, describing how LCR’s engineering support and products provide the optimum solution to their application. He/she assists customers in new design efforts, design validation, problem solving, and forward engineering. The person is responsible for the coordination, publication, and submittal of LCR design proposals to the end customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. He/she will have three to eight years of experience in engineering or applications support, preferably with embedded system architecture. The person will have experience in embedded systems design and/or OEM solutions architecture.
