Accounts Receivable Administrator

This position provides administrative support to the accounting apartment through posting client payments, processing client reconciliations, generating reports as needed, and more. He/she maintains daily accuracy of financial spreadsheets and maintains spreadsheets for various clients. The person processes accounts receivable and assists with accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. A bachelor’s degree in business or accounting is a plus. The person will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Executive Assistant

This position assists the president, CEO, and EVP. He/she improves the effectiveness of the executive administration by proactively coordinating and prioritizing activity, ensuring topics of importance are communicated in an organized and efficient manager, coordinating projects, and proactively identifying other areas in which he/she can provide further assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED. A business or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. He/she will have a minimum of five years of executive administrative and/or office management support experience. Previous experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information is highly preferred.

Data Engineer/ETL Developer – Marketing Technology/Business Intelligence

This position works with the business intelligence group to design and implement new analytical capabilities using techniques such as data source integration and new media measurement technique utilization. He/she provides subject matter expertise to media teams and codifies and shares best practices across teams. The person provides feedback and input for product development efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with coursework in a quantitative discipline. He/she will have one to two years of experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and/or MapReduce Paradigm. The person will have one to two years of experience with Python pandas, R, SAS, or similar data analysis tools.
