This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned interactive and print projects. He/she works with the client services team to manage all marketing communications projects for assigned clients. The person oversees timely issuance of all documentation, including proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, contact, and status and budget reports.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of advertising agency project management experience across multiple mediums, including print and interactive. He/she will have experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment. The person will have med/legal submission experience.

Advertising Agency Copywriter
This position writes promotional material for client marketing projects and works with the creative team on concept development. He/she attends team and client meetings as necessary to facilitate the successful completion of projects. The person researches disease states and clients’ products, services, and industry as necessary to inform content. He/she assists in writing proposals, marketing plans, and more.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience working in an advertising agency in a creative copy position. He/she must have experience with pharmaceutical and/or wellness clients. The person will have an exceptional portfolio of recent work containing fully executed, original concepts.

Advertising Agency Senior Account Executive
This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and maintains an open line of communication, responding to client questions, concerns, and requests. He/she works closely with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are in good shape and to mitigate issues. The person develops creative briefs and helps to lead project kick-offs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. He/she must have a minimum of four years of experience working in an advertising agency. Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and CPG clients is a big plus. The person must have strong marketing, strategy, interpersonal, and communication skills.
