New Business Account Manager

This position provides extraordinary customer service as a primary contact for Penn Mutual’s field partners. He/she develops, manages, and maintains positive relationships with field partners and ensures that new business processes meet Penn Mutual’s needs and expectations. The person manages work items for a variety of new business administration tasks over the life cycle of individual life insurance applications.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree and have completed LOMA 2, 3 and ACS. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of insurance products, distribution systems, and administrative systems.

Operations Support Technician

This position manages all activities related to cross-platform computer operations and ensures a timely, continuous workflow for clients using Penn Mutual’s mainframe, UNIX, Linux, and Windows Server environments. He/she monitors and adjusts the scheduling of production runs and input/output activities to insure timely availability of both on-line and batch processing. The person analyzes and corrects production issues using recovery procedures.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an AAS in information systems. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience supporting MVS environment, UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows Server. The person will be familiar with a broad variety of software applications.

Training & Instructional Design Specialist

This position creates and executes operational learning and development programs. He/she understands the business needs and objectives for the annuity and life insurance organization and develops and executes training initiatives to meet the needs of the life and annuity business. The person delivers professional level learning modules, presentations, and tools for new hire classes, new product roll outs, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience. He/she will have three to five years of training experience, including stand-up facilitative training to both individuals and large groups. The person will preferably have a minimum of three years of eLearning instructional design experience.
