This position prepares accurate and timely final invoices in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. He/she uses various financial systems to compile back-up and supporting data to meet contract specific requirements. The person provides accurate documentation to satisfy and support Defense Contract Audit Agency audit questions and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with MARS, SAP, finance/accounting/billing work, financial contract closeouts, and DCAA audit planning, preparation, and closeout. He/she will have effective critical thinking and analytical skills.

This position is primarily responsible for the design, development, and delivery of compliant customer-focused proposals. He/she performs proposal planning, detailed RFP analysis, leads proposal launches/training, leads multi-discipline teams, and provides individual coaching for team members. The person supports all lines of business within SSC for both competitive and follow-on proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience, a master’s degree and eight years of experience, or equivalent education and experience lending or supporting proposal efforts. He/she will have demonstrated success working with capture teams to understand strategy and leading a proposal team to communicate and deliver the strategy. The person will preferably have experience outside of proposal management that is relevant to Lockheed Martin programs.

Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
This position executes the experienced professional hiring plan in engineering for 2017, including over 1200 expected hires. He/she leads the execution of the tactical hiring plan that supports the engineering and technology areas including position scoping, marketing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and on-boarding. The person explores market trends and best practices in attracting external technology talent and implements them where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of recruitment and/or human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she will have a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful, creative, and forward thinking recruitment strategies. The person will have a minimum of two years of experience managing a recruitment operation and/or team of recruiters and/or HR professionals.
