Corporate Associate

Fox Rothschild seeks attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their academic, professional, and personal pursuits, and who show promise for practicing law with the highest standards of professional competence and integrity.

This opening is for a mid-level transactional associate with three to six years of experience in handling various real estate, lending, and corporate transactions. This includes acquiring and leasing commercial real estate, institutional lending and private placement capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and general contract preparation.

The ideal candidate will have income tax experience. Excellent writing and drafting skills, as well as strong marketing interest and networking skills, are required. Large law firm experience is preferred.

The person must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
