BrightView’s New CEO Choice Is Seasoned Exec

An experienced executive who has held the reins of billion-dollar business segments has been selected to shape the future of the nation’s landscaping leader.

Next month the Plymouth Meeting headquarters of BrightView will welcome new President and CEO Andrew Masterman, according to a Total Landscape Care report by David Rountree.

“I am thrilled to join the team at BrightView,” Masterman said in the article. “This is a tremendous opportunity to work with a passionate and talented team to grow the premier commercial landscaping company by continuing to deliver best-in-class landscape services across the nation to our valued clients.”

Masterman moves from his post as executive vice president at Precision Castparts to BrightView, the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.-owned corporation formed from industry heavyweights ValleyCrest Landscape Companies and the Brickman Group in 2014.

The landscaper of choice for housing communities, corporate campuses, health care facilities, universities, retailers and resorts employs 22,000 and generates revenues of $2 billion a year.
