The company will officially change its name at this year’s Christmas Village in Philadelphia and simultaneously unveil additions to its products line including several more non-bacon based offerings.

The first of these will be a dark chocolate espresso spread, available to wholesale customers in mid-November. The company is also expanding its line of maple sugar products.

According to Managing Partner Michael Oraschewsky, the Bacon Jams has already earned $400,000 this year and November and December usually account for around 40 percent of the company’s sales.

This puts its anticipated revenue for this year at around $650,000. Expectations for next year are even higher with the company predicting it will be its first million-dollar year.

“While this number may seem impressive, I am more pleased with our increase in units sold to consumers,” said Oraschewsky.
