Data Center Support Specialist – Systems Administrator

This position takes initiative to identify, report, track, and fix issues. He/she documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. The person will generate info-spots for any major hardware, applications, or network connectivity-related issues, in timeline required from documentation that will be provided. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for all trouble service requests during non-prime hours.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. He/she relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The person performs a variety of tasks, as a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
