According to Inc., a monthly magazine aimed toward entrepreneurs and business owners, its list of the 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America celebrates “the superheroes of the U.S. economy.”

These private companies “wield powers like strategy, service, and innovation,” the magazine states. The list features “businesses that exercise the body and the mind, push the boundaries of virtual reality and 3-D printing, and delight fans with rock concerts and superheroes.”

Montgomery County is home to 38 of the 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America. That’s more than two of its neighbors, Chester County and Delaware County, which feature 23 and 14, respectively.
