On-Site Logistics Coordinator
This position will assist in preparing shipments to/from warehouse or between events, and will repair and maintain computer and printer hardware. He/she will work with the account management team to coordinate on-site operations, and will travel to event locations to provide support at client events. The person will provide additional support to the IT Department for employee assets, and is responsible for the remote installation of software on Expo Logic and client computers.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to assist with the coordination of hardware movement between locations and events. He/she will have strong problem-solving abilities, and be able to solve problems when no one may be available to answer questions. The person will have a detail-oriented approach to tasks and problem solving, and is self-motivated and extremely comfortable with technology.

This position promotes Expo Logic’s overall client service and satisfaction through focused and direct contact with clients. He/she diligently and proactively maintains and expands Expo Logic’s client relationships. The person serves as the primary point of contact in leading the client services account planning cycle to ensure that client needs and expectations are met by the company. The individual represents the entire range of company products and services for his/her assigned clients, while delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have highly effective management and delegation skills, and have the ability to work with little supervision. He/she will have a strong commitment with the ability to take responsibility for actions and outcomes and persist despite obstacles. The person must have tenacious problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, while exhibiting judgment, innovation, and a realistic understanding of issues.

Support Specialist, Client Services
This position provides consistent, reliable support to the Client Services team in the effort to maintain and retain Expo Logic clients. He/she promotes overall Expo Logic client satisfaction by supporting the Client Services Account Management team with daily client activity and coordination of events. The person exhibits a professional and courteous demeanor in direct contact with Expo Logic clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong follow-through in all circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results. He/she must be a demonstrated Team Player with a positive “Can-Do” attitude toward change, and have the ability to adapt to changing company and/or client needs. The person must also have the demonstrated ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines.
