Crave Magazine Celebrating Montco’s Dining Scene Unveiled by Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board

Crave, a new publication from the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board, is a celebration of the dining scene throughout Montgomery County.

The first edition of this magazine, seen below, is 30 pages, each of which feature stunning photography and detail Montco’s most active dining hotspots.

The VFTCB makes its recommendations for eating in each community, as its coverage runs a gamut from carryout to fine dining. Top 10 lists are included, as are tips for finding the best sushi, ice cream, and brunch.

A regular feature of the magazine will showcase a local chef and his or her particular culinary outlook. Issue one, for example, contains a Q&A with Chef Luke Palladino. He opened another location of his signature establishment, LP Steak (a South Philly anchor), in the Valley Forge Casino Resort last year.

“Like our annual Visitor Guide, Crave is designed for the out-of-market guest,” said Mike Bowman, VFTCB President and CEO. “Distribution will be county-wide, with concentration in our Turnpike-accessible hotels: That’s King of Prussia, Willow Grove, Fort Washington, and Lansdale.

“We’re looking for travelers new to the area to use it to answer the question: I’ve never been here before; where can I get an amazing meal?”
