Product Manager

This position is responsible for defining the product, shaping the product roadmap, contributing to the go-to-market strategy and supporting feature launch and rollout processes. Product Managers are advocates for end-users, customers and prospects, so their passion for anticipating customer needs and creating innovative solutions for them will define their success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least five years of software product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. He/she should have an extraordinary attention to detail, including the ability to anticipate likely outcomes and assess risks. The person should be comfortable working closely with Engineering, and have experience with Agile development teams.

Visual/UI Designer

Monetate writes software that helps marketers identify and delight individual customers at scale. Its UX team is a small team of UX Designers, Visual/UI Designers, Front-End Developers, and a Director that are passionate about creating a consistent, usable product. They like to test on paper, sketch on walls, and design software people enjoy. They work in agile sprints, iterate rapidly, and ship software every two weeks.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related design experience, and be an expert with vector-based drawing (Monetate uses Illustrator and Sketch). He/she should have strong demonstration of design fundamentals: layout, rhythm, pattern, color, and typography. The person should have experience designing for dynamic data (design must accommodate, adapt, or fail gracefully).

Client Success Account Manager – East

This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Monetate clients with the primary focus of driving client adoption and success, drive retention, all while keeping customer satisfaction and maximization of the client’s investment in Monetate as a key area of focus. He/she will provide governance advice, adoption recommendations, and risk identification and mitigation. Ultimately, the person will ensure client satisfaction through driving adoption, value, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to guide and manage complex enterprise level client relationships, set reasonable expectations, and manage deliverables against said expectations. He/she should have the ability to effectively work onsite at client’s offices (as required) and balance the client’s needs against Monetate’s interests.
