Marketing Promotion Portfolio Manager

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or MBA. Ten years of related promotion operations role with knowledge of promotion review processes may be considered in lieu of these education requirements. He/she should have experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and experience managing multiple stakeholders. The person should have influence without authority (the ability to manage up).

Preferably, candidates will have experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Forecasting experience is also desirable, as well as the ability to manage ambiguity and to adapt to changing needs of customers and business.

Finance Senior Specialist

This position will provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to MRL Therapeutic Area Clinical Development. He/she will be the primary point of contact with stakeholders for all project issues related to study budget, site and vendor-related payments, asset valuation, and impairment. The person will play a central role in developing the Profit Plan, Long Range Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Monthly Refreshes at the clinical protocol level.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Science, or Engineering. (A Master’s Degree is preferred.) He/she will have a minimum of two years in a financial forecasting or budgeting role. Exposure to clinical grants, project budgeting, or valuation is preferred. Excellent analytical skills and a strong financial acumen is required.

Director of Regulatory Affairs/Labeling

This position will ensure strategic alignment and consistency across the labeling for assigned portfolio of products. He/she will manage labeling staff with responsibility for preparation of labeling for new products for inclusion with Worldwide Marketing Applications. The person will present proposed labeling to the committees for review and approval, and determine timelines for labeling deliverables for regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientifically or medically-related discipline. (A Master’s Degree is preferred.) He/she should have at least ten years of regulatory-affairs experience, and a minimum of five years of labeling experience. Two years of direct management experience is required.
