Montgomery Child Advocacy Project
Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP) is a Norristown nonprofit led by William L. Baldwin.
It provides free legal advocacy, mentorship, and support to children in Montgomery County affected by abuse, neglect, or trafficking.
MCAP pairs youth with trained volunteer attorneys and educates the community on prevention and available resources.
