Lower Merion
Lower Merion Township, located in Montgomery County just outside Philadelphia, seamlessly combines historical charm, excellent education, and vibrant community life. Established in 1713, it was settled by Welsh Quakers in 1682.
Home to 63,633 residents as of the 2020 Census, Lower Merion boasts high per-capita income with a median household income of around $139,694 and median home prices of $603,970.
The renowned Lower Merion School District serves the township and is home to esteemed private colleges, including Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College.
Rich in history, it features landmarks such as the Merion Friends Meeting House and the Barnes Foundation.
