For the attorneys at Dischell Bartle Dooley, success is measured not only by legal victories, but by the trust clients place in them during some of life’s most important and challenging moments.

That commitment to service and excellence has once again earned statewide recognition, with five members of the firm’s legal team named to the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.

Partners Mark Dischell, John Dooley, and Elizabeth Billies, along with Of Counsel George Saba Jr., were named Super Lawyers, while Katie Lin Daly earned recognition as a Rising Star.

Each year, only five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania are selected to the Super Lawyers list, while no more than 2.5 percent are named Rising Stars. Candidates are chosen through a rigorous, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and professional evaluations. This recognition reflects the exceptional legal skill, professionalism, and dedication that DBD attorneys bring to their clients every day.

Dischell, who founded the firm, has now been named a Super Lawyer for an impressive 23rd consecutive year. A respected leader in family law, he is known for his strategic counsel and compassionate advocacy in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution. He is also a highly regarded arbitrator and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America for more than three decades.

Dooley, a Managing Partner, earns his 14th Super Lawyer designation. He advises individuals, businesses, and municipalities on a broad range of legal matters, including governance, contracts, estate planning, and municipal law. His practical approach and trusted counsel have made him a valued advisor to clients throughout the region.

Billies has been named a Super Lawyer for the sixth consecutive year, following more than a decade of recognition as a Rising Star. A partner in the firm’s family law practice, she represents clients in complex custody, divorce, and support matters and is a certified mediator. She is widely recognized for her thoughtful, client-focused approach and ability to guide families through difficult transitions.

Saba received his 21st Super Lawyer designation in recognition of his distinguished litigation career. Certified in both trial and pretrial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, he has successfully handled complex personal injury, construction, insurance, and professional liability matters across the country.

Daly’s Rising Star distinction recognizes outstanding attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or have been practicing law for 10 or fewer years. Her practice focuses on family law matters, where she is known for her diligent advocacy, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence and clarity.

Dischell Bartle Dooley is committed to providing highly personalized, results-driven legal services. Whether representing individuals, businesses, or government entities, DBD’s attorneys combine deep legal knowledge with a client-first approach to achieve the best possible outcomes.
