West Chester’s Hotel Warner has been picked up by Extreme Hospitality, a third-party property manager, to oversee its operations, writes Esther Hertzfeld for Hotel Management Magazine.
Hotel Warner opened in 1930 as the Warner Theatre, transforming in 2011 into the current hotel. Much of the original architecture, such as the grand staircase, lobby, and brickwork, are still around to enjoy. The lobby was also the hotel’s former lobby, and many of the photographs and art pay tribute to its past.
Extreme Hospitality will be in charge of the hotel’s day to day, focusing on bringing in guests, driving revenue, and strengthening its connection to the historic West Chester community.
As a landmark in the borough, it holds a prime place in its proximity to more than 60 restaurants, small businesses, education, and attractions.
“We are excited to welcome Hotel Warner into the Extreme Hospitality portfolio,” said Eric Rubino, principal of Extreme Hospitality. “This property is a perfect reflection of our approach—honoring the history and character of a community while elevating operations, guest experience, and financial performance. West Chester is an exceptional market, and Hotel Warner is a true cornerstone asset within it.”
