ZeroEyes Taps Former White House Advisor to Boost Federal Strategy

Conshohocken-based ZeroEyes hires former White House advisor Stephen Billy to lead federal strategy efforts.

Conshohocken’s ZeroEyes is strengthening its reach in Washington.

According to a company announcement, ZeroEyes’ government subsidiary, ZE Government Solutions, has named Stephen Billy as director of federal strategy. Billy most recently served as a senior advisor at the White House Office of Management and Budget and previously held senior roles at OMB, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Commerce.

The hire signals continued momentum for ZeroEyes, which develops A.I.-based weapons detection and situational awareness technology designed to integrate into existing security camera systems. The company’s federal-focused arm works with U.S. government agencies on next-generation threat detection tools, including visual weapons detection and intrusion monitoring across facilities and infrastructure.

Company leadership said Billy’s background in federal management policy and agency operations will help accelerate enterprise-level adoption of ZeroEyes’ security solutions across the federal government.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Conshohocken, ZeroEyes has grown into one of Montgomery County’s most closely watched public safety technology firms, securing contracts nationwide. The addition of a Washington insider comes as the company positions itself for broader federal expansion at what executives describe as a pivotal moment in its growth.

For Montgomery County’s innovation corridor, the move underscores Conshohocken’s continued emergence as a hub for high-level security and A.I. development.
