Bryn Mawr’s Michael Rubin Brings Fanatics Super Bowl Spectacle to San Francisco

Bryn Mawr native Michael Rubin hosts another star-packed Fanatics Super Bowl Party, with Cardi B headlining in San Francisco.

Bryn Mawr’s Michael Rubin is at it again, turning Super Bowl weekend into a full-blown celebrity spectacle, writes Michael Saponara for Billboard.

The Montgomery County native and founder of Fanatics is hosting his annual Fanatics Super Bowl Party in San Francisco. Cardi B will headline the invite-only event.

Set for Feb. 7, the party has become one of the most exclusive tickets in sports and entertainment, blending A-list music performances with a guest list that regularly reads like an Oscars afterparty. Cardi B will take the stage alongside five surprise artists, continuing Rubin’s tradition of pairing major cultural moments with jaw-dropping star power.

Rubin’s Super Bowl bashes are legendary for a reason. Past editions have drawn celebrities ranging from Jay-Z and Kim Kardashian to Tom Brady, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, and Kevin Hart. Cardi herself previously performed at the party in 2019, when Patriots owner Robert Kraft famously joined her onstage.

The timing adds extra intrigue this year, as Super Bowl LX features a rematch between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks. Cardi has been a visible presence throughout the playoffs, cheering on Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and her Fanatics appearance could double as a warm-up ahead of her upcoming tour.
