Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) is seeking dedicated professionals to join its collaborative and mission-driven team, with open roles such as Enrollment Coach and Dual Enrollment Success Coach.

Enrollment Coach

The Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students and applicants through phone, email, text, and in-person contact to assist them with navigating the College’s enrollment processes.

In addition, the Enrollment Coach will meet with prospective students and applicants to discuss academic programs, financial aid information and options, course options, and answer any questions for the purposes of recruitment and enrollment. The Enrollment Coach must have an understanding of academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation. The Enrollment Coach is responsible for funnel management and is expected to assist with college tours, campus presentations, and off-campus events.

Evenings and weekends are required as needed, especially during peak times of the year.

*This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Blue Bell campus.

**This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances for employment.

***This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement.

Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.

Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
  • Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to travel to off-campus sites.

Dual Enrollment Success Coach

The Dual Enrollment Success Coach plays a pivotal role as the primary liaison between high schools and the College, facilitating access to college-level coursework for eligible high school students.

This role is essential in helping dual enrollment students navigate their first college experience effectively. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with current partner school personnel and dual enrollment students, facilitating communication and access to college services for dual enrollment students, and assisting the Dual Enrollment team with
enrollment, registration, and dual enrollment-related events.

This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel among all campuses and off-site locations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One to two years of experience working in a student success environment is required.
  • Ability to travel, work nights, and weekends as needed.

  • Understanding of the Community College mission/philosophy, practice, and population.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with administrative computer hardware and software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in making higher educational opportunities accessible to underrepresented and non-traditional students.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and community outreach.
  • Demonstrated success in event management, planning, and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tools to support student success and retention.
