A Mount Vernon-inspired estate in Sellersville, set on 35 acres and recently updated through a multimillion-dollar renovation, has been listed for $3.295 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Built in 1987, the 6,137-square-foot home is flanked by two stone barn-like structures, one with a full bar and loft with the other currently being used as a three-car garage.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence sits far back from Fairhill Road, offering privacy with no immediate neighbors.
The main home showcases high-end walnut and marble finishes throughout, with the kitchen as the focal point. The rear grounds include a play area and a pool, as well as a gazebo.
In 2022, the original owner sold the property to a limited liability corporation registered to Sean Linder for $1.15 million.
Since that time, the property has been fully reimagined through a two-year renovation, according to listing agent Maureen Reynolds of Serhant Pennsylvania.
“It was meant to be a forever home in the way that it was designed because they did not scrimp on anything,” she said. The owners “wanted something that looked historic, that they could work on and make their own.”
