Aramark Looks Ahead to ‘Broad-Based Growth Opportunity’ in 2026 After Record Year

Aramark generated a record $18.5 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2025, with a number of deals set up for another big year in 2026.

After generating a record $18.5 billion in revenue in the most recent fiscal year, Aramark is looking ahead to “broad-based growth opportunity” for 2026, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

For the fiscal year that ended on October 3, the Philadelphia-based food and facility services company saw a 6 percent increase from the previous year.

In addition, Aramark brought in another record $1.6 billion in new business, along with its strongest client retention rate at 96.3 percent.

Aramark COO Marc Bruno noted that a lot of that growth has been close to home.

“It’s on the top end of our overall growth number, so it’s outsized here in the Philadelphia area, which we love,” he said.

Aramark’s biggest win of 2025 was its multi-year agreement with the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Starting in early 2026, the company will provide food services, environmental services, patient transportation, and call center. This is Aramark’s second-largest contract in contract in company history.

In addition, Aramark also became responsible for the food, beverage, and retail services at Subaru Park, now operating concessions at all four of Philadelphia’s pro sports venues.

Meanwhile, Aramark’s Sports + Entertainment division will become a minority owner of the Las Vegas Athletics and its MLB stadium.
