For years, iFLY King of Prussia has offered locals the chance to experience freefall without ever stepping near an airplane. But what began as a unique thrill has evolved into something more: a mix of education, accessibility, and community engagement that’s redefining how residents can experience the science of flight.
The indoor skydiving facility has introduced STEM Family Sundays, adapting its popular school field trip program into a weekend offering for families. Participants explore the physics behind flight through interactive experiments before entering the wind tunnel to experience those principles firsthand. The new format, iFLY says, aims to make science approachable and memorable for all ages.
Beyond education, the King of Prussia location is highlighting inclusivity: anyone aged three and up can participate, with guidance from instructors certified by the International Bodyflight Association. The experience typically takes about 90 minutes from check-in to final flight, fitting neatly into a day trip or group outing.
As the holidays approach, iFLY is also rolling out its “Give the Magic of Flight” campaign, featuring discounted flight vouchers — including up to 35% off select packages — and a limited-time National STEM Day promotion offering 30% off two-flight experiences through November 16
For iFLY King of Prussia, it’s a season focused not just on flight, but on connection — bringing together curiosity, family, and the wonder of defying gravity.
