The Montgomery County Commerce Department invites local business owners, CEOs, and executives to a free event designed to help leaders prepare their companies for long-term success.
Titled “Navigating Succession Planning: Business Breakthrough Roundtable,” this engaging discussion will take place on Oct. 30 from 12-2:00 PM at Clemens Family Corporation (2702 Clemens Road, Hatfield). Lunch will be provided.
The roundtable will explore a critical question: How can CEOs and owners successfully exit their businesses while ensuring future growth through leadership, governance, and strategy? Attendees will gain real-world insight into how to build businesses that last, learning from seasoned executives who have led successful transitions.
The event will feature three distinguished speakers:
- Craig Edsill, CEO and Chairman of Clemens Family Corporation.
- Scott Hackman, Partner and CEO of SHV Partners.
- Dr. Charles H. Zimmerman, Board Director and Governance Consultant at Calvary Church.
Together, they’ll share actionable strategies on leadership development, succession governance, and how to maintain company culture and performance through transitions.
This session is a must-attend for business leaders seeking to keep their companies performing, growing, and thriving in Montgomery County.
