Senior Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer evaluates, designs, develops, and maintains custom software
solutions that provide ideal user experiences, maximize end-user performance, and permit effective
business processes.
Additionally, the Senior Developer integrates commercial software systems with existing infrastructure so as to enable shared data sets and a cohesive user experience. The Senior Developer is responsible for leading the analysis of functional and technical requirements, forming technical design specifications, identifying existing open-source or commercially available components, creating custom software code directly or through the use of AI solutions, and developing testing processes and documentation.
The Senior Developer researches, recommends, directs, and implements the use of technologies appropriate to satisfy the desired technical and business objectives. The Senior Developer acts as the primary resource for custom software development and implementation of AI solutions to enhance custom development. Additionally, the Senior Developer
guides other members within the Software Development and Processes Automation, and Enterprise Software teams.
Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong experience in the Microsoft .NET developer platform.
- Experience utilizing AI-based software development tools.
- Experience implementing AI technologies that enhance the end-user experience.
- Experience guiding enterprise software development strategies (preferred).
- Experience managing software development projects (preferred).
- Experience in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JSON, etc.
- Experience using various development environments and technologies such as jQuery, AJAX, Java, PHP, Python, C#, .NET, etc., in the development of business solutions.
- Experience integrating disparate systems through the use of software APIs and web services, such as REST or through direct database calls.
- Experience with developing software referencing Microsoft SQL data repositories.
- Experience managing enterprise code repositories and version control through source control systems such as Git.
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows servers and related technologies.
- Thorough understanding of software design principles.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows development environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently solve problems.

Assistant Director of Annual Giving
The Assistant Director of Annual Giving is responsible for planning, developing, and managing a comprehensive Annual Giving (gifts of less than $10,000) program with the MCCC (Pa) Legacy Fund, with the goals of engaging, cultivating, and soliciting alumni, friends, faculty, staff, and students.
The Assistant Director will develop plans for the Annual Giving fundraising and will work closely with the College, MCCC (Pa) Legacy Fund Board of Directors, and the Institutional Advancement Staff to identify, engage, solicit, and steward annual donor prospects for the College.
The Assistant Director will manage a targeted, multi-approach annual giving program, an annual giving faculty staff campaign, and other targeted annual programs, such as direct mail aimed at increasing new and renewing donors and increasing donors to the major gift level. The Assistant Director will recruit and engage students and student groups to create a culture of philanthropy throughout the College.
The Assistant Director will manage Annual Giving programs such as Direct Mail Solicitations, Student Philanthropy, Day of Giving program, National Philanthropy Day program, and annual Faculty and Staff campaign, as well as other programs/projects as assigned.

***This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all
campuses and off-site locations. Location will mainly be at the Blue Bell campus.
Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated record of successful direct mail and personal solicitation fundraising required, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail.
- Writing ability as well as excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Raisers Edge NXT or similar development Donor Management systems.
- Proficient as a user of office productivity software, preferably MS Office 365 Suite.
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently, meeting deadlines.
- Ability to develop relationships with donors/prospects and to work with volunteers.
- Ability to work in a goal, metric, and deadline-driven, high-performing environment.
