Padula Media is currently looking to fill the following three positions:
Search Strategist
This position will develop and manage comprehensive SEO content calendars that align with client goals; conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and content audits to identify high-impact opportunities; and build strategies that go beyond on-page optimization. He/she will implement cutting-edge methods to help clients appear in voice, AI, and generative search results, ensuring visibility beyond traditional search listings. The person will also oversee and optimize performance across Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and SEO channels.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in an SEO or search-driven marketing role and experience managing 20-plus SEO accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency environment. He/she will have a strong understanding of keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and local SEO best practices, as well as a writing or editorial background, with the ability to guide or edit SEO-driven content for clarity, tone, and performance.

Website Manager
This position will manage creative and digital projects (branding, websites, campaigns) from kickoff to delivery; build timelines, track milestones, and coordinate resources to keep projects on schedule and budget; and serve as primary client contact, leading meetings, sharing updates, and managing expectations. He/she will direct designers, developers, and copywriters with the assets and guidance they need; facilitate team collaboration, resolve roadblocks, and ensure accountability to project goals; and review deliverables for quality and alignment with brand standards before client presentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a familiarity with branding, web, and digital design best practices to guide clients with confidence.

Outside Sales Representative
This position will prospect and close new business with small-to-mid-sized businesses and corporate clients; manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing; and conduct in-person presentations with business owners, executives, and marketing decision-makers. He/she will utilize social selling, networking, and cold outreach to build a sales pipeline; collaborate with internal creative and digital marketing teams to deliver client success; and meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of six-figure earnings in sales and at least six years of B2B sales or consultative selling experience. He/she is a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and presentation skills.
