Four Bucks County school districts have placed among the top 100 in Pennsylvania, according to a recently released ranking based on standardized test scores, writes Ethan Lott for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The formula used to rank school districts drew on the last three years of available Pennsylvania System of School Assessment scores in math, English, and science, along with Keystone Exam results in literature, algebra, and biology.
New Hope-Solebury School District ranked highest among the four coming in at No. 15, dropping one spot compared to the previous year but still maintaining a strong position. Council Rock School District followed at No. 40, marking a significant improvement from 2024 by climbing five places from its previous rank of No. 45.
Central Bucks School District also broke into the top 50, ending up at No. 46, which represents a two-place gain over the prior year. Rounding out the list is Pennsbury School District, which landed at No. 71 going down five spots from last year, when it came in at No. 66.
