
Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Judicial Affairs Manager position.
Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Judicial Affairs Manager is responsible for managing the student judicial process as well as related educational campaigns for the Student Code of Conduct, community standards, and related topics for current students. The manager also develops and leads initiatives, trainings, and programs related to student policies and college compliance. The manager facilitates collaborative student support with key stakeholders as necessary.
*This position requires the PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Check, and FBI Fingerprints as a condition of employment.
**This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.
***This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. Location will mainly be at the Blue Bell campus.
Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience directly related to student conduct or judicial affairs.
- Strong leadership skills, judgment, cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and highly developed listening, speaking, writing, and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Colleague (or similar student information system).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in the use of Maxient or similar student conduct software.
- Ability to work well with different people from diverse backgrounds and communities to promote cooperative interactions and outcomes.
