Architecture and design firm, Meyer Design has completed a $4 million, 24,000-square-foot office fit-out for CenterSquare Investment Management in Conshohocken, reports Citybiz.
This new headquarters marks a significant move for CenterSquare after 30 years at their previous location. The new space combines aesthetics and functionality to support the firm’s real estate investment operations and diverse work styles.
The space is designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. It features private offices, workstations, conference rooms, and a hub-style café fostering community and interaction. Meyer incorporated natural light, expansive views, and an inviting layout that connects the elevator lobby to exterior sightlines. They added elements like wood slat wall panels, decorative back-painted glass insets, and ACT cloud ceilings with FilzFelt details. The aesthetic creates a modern, polished atmosphere.
“Meyer brought our vision of an engaging and collaborative workplace to life,” said E. Todd Briddell, CEO CenterSquare. Christopher Scarafile, Principal at Meyer, highlighted the integration of design and functionality to embody the CenterSquare brand.
Meyer provided the interior design, branding, and FF&E services for the new headquarters. The project continues their legacy of delivering people-focused design solutions for over 45 years.
