Through this agreement, Sunrun will supply solar power and storage for Toll Brothers homes, beginning with all homes in California. The agreement also allows for Sunrun’s services to be expanded to other Toll Brothers communities across the nation.
In California, Sunrun will offer a comprehensive solar package that includes everything from sales and design to installation, customer care, and warranties. Homebuyers will also have the option to include battery storage systems like EnPhase or Tesla Powerwall 3, providing reliable energy backup. This move enhances Toll Brothers’ commitment to sustainability, which began in 2015 with their solar initiatives in California.

Toll Brothers already offers solar options in various markets, including Massachusetts, Nevada, and Arizona. The new collaboration will expand the solar programs even further.
