Mediterranean chain Cava and breakfast and lunch restaurant First Watch are joining a pair of newly opened hotels at a King of Prussia development.

First Watch, a breakfast and lunch restaurant, and Cava, a Mediterranean chain, are expanding into King of Prussia. The two are joining a pair of newly opened hotels, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The two national restaurant chains will open their latest locations next to the Residence Inn King of Prussia, which debuted earlier this summer, and The King of Prussia Inn, which launched on August 8.

Wayne-based Gulph Creek Hotels, the owner of the development, hopes to open both restaurants in early summer 2025.

The newcomers will be in a newly developed retail building next to the two hotels. Cava will occupy around 2,700 square feet, while First Watch will be around 3,900 square feet.

The two eateries will offer walkable dining options for hotel guests, as neither of them has on-site restaurants.

“First Watch hits that breakfast-brunch-lunch crowd, and then Cava fills that lunch and dinner area as well,” said Ronald Balle, vice president of sales and marketing for Gulph Creek Hotels. “Just having that right there in the parking lot for them to make use of is a great benefit for our guests.”
