Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has been recognized with the coveted Home of the Year Award at the annual Gold Nugget Awards, one of the most prestigious national competitions in the home-building industry.
The nation’s leading builder of luxury homes also received seven Grand Awards and 28 Merit Awards.
The Gold Nugget Awards recognize architectural design and planning excellence and receive entries from the United States and abroad.
The awards are presented at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference to showcase the most exciting trends in design, planning, and building. There are over sixty award categories in home and community design. Winners are selected by a judging panel of industry professionals from more than 675 entries.
The esteemed Home of the Year Grand Award was given to the Sunburst home design in Sereno Canyon by Toll Brothers in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The luxury home builder also won Grand Awards in Best Community Amenity and Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home, among others.
