Moselem Springs Golf Club, located just north of Montgomery County, has earned its place among the hidden gems of golf courses in America, according to a staff report from Golfweek USA Today.

The course is nestled in the lush, rolling hills of neighboring Berks County.

According to its Founder, Hawley Quier, Moselem Springs is celebrated as a stunning “golfing enclave of great natural beauty and a course of unusual charm and excellence.”

The popular golf course is widely regarded as one of the most challenging, scenic, and historically significant courses in Pennsylvania. It hosted the 1968 United States Women’s Open Championship and the Pennsylvania Open in 1996 and 2011. Moselem Springs is also home to the annual Hawley Quier Memorial.

“Once you step onto the golf course, other than crossing a road a couple of times, you’re not going to know there’s anything else around here,” said Tim O’Neil, Golf Course Superintendent.

The course stretches 6,808 yards and has a par of 70 from the championship tees. It boasts six different sets of tees, which makes it ideal for golfers of all skill levels.
